Kim has worked in commercial real estate accounting in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. She has been involved with a wide variety of properties including retail, office, mixed use, healthcare and office/warehouse flex space. Kim has extensive experience working with lenders on behalf of clients, including the SBA.

She earned her BS degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In her free time, Kim enjoys playing with her grandchildren.
