Sports Med Properties sells three of its premier orthopedic and sports performance facilities to Montecito Medical, continuing a tradition of excellence in the communities of Winston-­‐Salem, NC, Charlotte, NC and Memphis, TN.  


Sports Med Properties, LLC of Charlotte, NC is pleased to announce the sale of three assets to Montecito Medical Operating Company, a Tennessee company. The sale was finalized November 5, 2015.

Among the assets sold to Montecito Medical is the facility in Memphis, TN, a leader in the orthopedic and sports training market.

The three assets are located in Winston-­‐Salem, NC, Memphis, TN and Charlotte, NC. Their combined area totals over 74,000 square feet. All three locations are occupied by D1 Sports Training and its premier medical partner. D1 is a national sports training and athletic performance company that offers each of its members the chance to train like an athlete while being able to utilize top-­‐notch medical services onsite. The Winston-­‐Salem, NC location is serviced by Wake Forest Baptist Health, Charlotte, NC is serviced by OrthoCarolina and Memphis, TN is serviced by OrthoOne. Over the years of their ongoing professional relationship, Sports Med Properties has opened 18 locations for D1 and worked with them in over 44 markets nationally.
