As a long time Principal of a national commercial real estate firm, Randy has successfully managed the development, acquisition, asset management and investment sales of real estate assets throughout the country. Many of his clients have included national corporations, private entrepreneurs, franchisees and public and private partnerships. Randy has extensive experience with contract negotiation, financial underwriting, project management and debt/equity structuring. He is passionate about the lives and education of children in his community and dedicates time to the Bridge Foundation and Assistance League of Charlotte. In addition to his community service, Randy serves on the Board of Uwharrie Bank. Randy earned a BS degree in Business Marketing and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and an MBA from Campbell University.
